  • We ship within the United States only.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your location.
  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
  • If your delivery is delayed for any reason, you’ll receive an email update with the new estimated delivery date.

Inspired Handbags — Final Sale
All Inspired Handbags are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credit on these items. Please review product details carefully before purchasing. If your handbag arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email Ohsosimplychic@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist.

Returns
We want you to love your Simply Chic purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Final sale items (including ALL clearance and ALL Inspired Handbags) are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return

  1. Email us at Ohsosimplychic@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.
  3. Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
